We are currently hiring for a Supervisor Support for the North Calgary Area to support our Home Depot retail locations.

As an Assistant Supervisor at Rainbow, you will support the Area Supervisor at our merchandised stores across a designated area, ensuring high standards of service, communication, and product presentation. The Assistant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in upholding program guidelines and merchandising standards across multiple stores. Our ideal candidate should be:

Designated Area: North Calgary

Responsibilities:

• Service your home stores and be flexible to support other locations in the area as needed and directed by the Area Lead.
• Complete merchandising tasks including condensing, pruning, watering, managing shrink, and ensuring proper signage.
• Use apps to track visits and shrink, as well as punch in and out for your shifts.
• Communicate with the Area Lead to share feedback.

Please note, this is physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation package includes:

• Base hourly wage
• Phone stipend
• Mileage stipend
