Rainbow Greenhouses is a leader in supplying top quality products to major retailers in Canada and the US. As a growing family business, we are looking for individuals that want to grow their career with us. Our IT team has a newly created role of Implementation Analyst.

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Implementation Analyst will work alongside some of the best at what they do. You will unravel intricate processes, challenge conventional perspectives, and bring transformative insights. This role will require someone with a good understanding of the horticultural business and good communication is a key requirement for success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements specific to horticulture Production Planning, Purchasing, Sales and Operations processes
• Provide expert guidance on selecting and customizing technology solutions that align with horticulture industry standards and best practices
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure ERP solutions meet functional and performance criteria
• Deliver training sessions to end-users, focusing on maximizing adoption and efficient utilization of the ERP system
• Monitor and analyze system performance post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies, horticulture industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide innovative solutions and recommendations

This role is based out of our Chilliwack location and may require some travel to other locations as needed.

They won’t shy away from challenges and will thrive in an environment of change. A true go-getter, they’ll push individual tasks and entire projects forward, collaborating seamlessly with Production Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive success. Having grown up in a greenhouse would be a major advantage!

Our compensation package includes a base hourly wage, mileage, benefits, matching RRSP and on top of that we are growing which means there are growth opportunities for you as well.
